Got mine from Sven quiet a while ago. He wasted no time to get cracking and send me this frenzied cultist. Good fun to get a package you just assume is the stuff you won on eBay a week ago and find a nicely painted gift instead!

Wow, Grip Savage, that's an amazing bike you've painted. I love everything about it.

How did you do the flattened grot?

@Lostcarpark

Thank you very much indeed :) The poor flattened grot wot got in the way is from the Warhammer Giant sprue. I had to break him in a couple of places to fit the curve of the wheel and just miliputted the resulting gaps.

Just wanted to say a fantastic Ork Weirdboy landed on my doormat yesterday. I don't recognise the sculpt but assume its a Fanatsy conversion. It really is very well painted and will fit my Orks very well.

This is why I do this, you never know what you are going to get, and its a brilliant surprise.

There was no covering letter so whoever you are ... a great big thank you!! =D>

I' ll be finishing off my one in the next few days and will get it posted at the weekend.... promise 8-[

My first thought when I saw the AOW shaman was "great weird boy", so glad to see you went with it. Lovely paint job.

I'm not going to get mine finished by today's deadline shamefully. End of the week hopefully! Some lovely looking minis so far, well done everyone!

Ew... forgot to post, but I received last week a very nice dark elf, I'll upload pics by tomorrow.

I also sent my mini a couple days ago, it should arrive soon :)

Isn't the deadline in two days? Otherwise, I am even more stressed out than I original thought!

I'm going to be a few days over myself. :(

The mini is well underway, but had a few things come up in the past few weeks so haven't been able to give it as much time as I'd have liked.

Hopefully should be done by the weekend.

Cheers,

Dom

@sora030 - Glad to here the mini arrived. Hope it survived the shipping (and varnishing - as I had some problems with it on the last batch)

Here's the crappy pic I managed to make before sending it off... If you'll have time to make a better picture please do (I suck with the camera ><)

And here's the pic:

Cool to see what wonders everyone painted.

Posted mine today. My recipient will be pleased to know that I successfully resisted the urge to draw pink hearts all over the packaging.

Will post pictures next Monday unless the recipient posts them himself before then.

Regrettably I'm at work the entire time the post office is open this week, so I'll have to apologise to my recipient and promise to get it posted early next.

Well I'm late as well. Real life oppucied too much of my time in the last few weeks. And motivation didn't kicked in as I'm stuck with the chosen mini. I hope that my recipent isn't too dissappointed about what he will receive (hopefully next week) especially after I have seen the standard he is usually showing around here in the forum.

All others how have already send: =D>

Well despite some misgivings about the base, I'm not sure I can make it any better (and I am sure I can make it worse), so my miniature is now in the post.

I have to admit I didn't send it by recorded delivery. This was partly because my package was too small to fit the tracking label, so I'd have delay postage to repack it. It was also going to be absurdly expensive, so if anything goes wrong I'll just have to paint up another figure.

I came back from work today to find my mini waiting for me. A lovely Gor with a flail, there was no note with it to say who it was from but i'm dead chuffed with it! Many thanks, i'll definitely be using it in my army! Anyone want to own up so I can thank you properly?

I'm ashamed to say that i'm still working on mine. I'll post pics of both when i'm done, hopefully it wont be long!
