Question about Necron army

Postby afuzzynugget » Tue Aug 16, 2016 12:54 am

I recently started a Necron army and was wondering what else would be good to have. Right now I have a Lord with resurrection orb, an annihilation barge, 20 warriors, immortals with gauss blaster, 3 wraiths, and a squad of lychguard.

Any suggestions on what to have next? I was thinking a triach stalker or a couple canoptek spyders. thank you

Grab a unit of Tomb Blades and you'll have the minimum for a Reclamation Legion formation.

After that, add one unit of Flayed Ones, or Death Marks, or even a single C'tan Shard and you can run a Decurion detachment (see page2 62 and 63 of the Codex for full details).
The only dumb question is the one you never asked, for you will never have an answer to it.

Lord Xcapobl probably has it right on. Aim for that Reclamation Legion so that you have a decent Detachment there.
How many Space Marines does it take to change a lightbulb?
None. Such is the work of the tech-priests.
