Hi! I finished work on the diorama Middenheimers, still remained to be done 'plate', moreover, probably like will arrange for other layouts.

Overall I'm pleased with the final result, which was to present the company 'Sons of Ulric' crossing the northern reaches of the Empire destroyed during the invasion of Chaos.

Diorama is covered with snow only partially, and this is due to the fact that ... Here are two versions (that is what the author had in mind):
- First, is that the company reaches the limit of snow, for which he ends the power of Ulric, Lord of the battle, winter, and wolves.
- Second, the snow is the result of the storm caused by the priest of Ulric.

Anyway, I invite you to watch and comment!

When I finished painting the Imperial Masters of Magic is the time to make a diorama.

The idea for the diorama was born some time ago, when I saw the great work The Eye of the Storm. But I had a different idea of both the Wizards, diorama and set models relative to each other.

I painted models represent the Masters of Magic Battle Wizards, soldiers fighting on the front line of the foul servants of the Dark Gods. Hence Mages robes are simple, devoid of unnecessary decoration, for it shows signs of wear, and covered with mud.

Similarly, the diorama in shape refers to the eight-pointed Star of Chaos, who in the world of Warhammer is a kind of counterpart of the pentagram. The star of eight arrows represent Chaos, while the star was caused by the imposition of two squares is a protective symbol, the symbol of Sigmar Heldenhammer, the God-Emperor, savior of the Empire.

And because all magic is rooted in Immaterium, in the Domain of Chaos, Wizards, grasping in the celebration of the ritual are standing inside a Star of Chaos, and the whole construction jobs taken out of the power of the Winds of Magic in the air.

Attentive to the inside of Magicians swear in the powerful winds of Magic Stone of Power ... and may struggle with being who is trapped inside. After metallic rock is bound with chains ...

Some fantastic stuff there, but seriously needs a 'warning very picture heavy' in the title - or use thumbnails to links elsewhere.

These are some awesome displays. The figures are very good as they stand, but you really show how placing minis in a setting can turn them into more than the sum of their parts.

Not an unreasonable request, though I though that was taken for granted in The Glass Cabinet.

Very cool ideas.
I love the Wizards.

Also a great idea to make a coach-sled.

Witch Hunter is another company that decided to shoot again. Models were painted with a six-month interval in 2009-2010.

Today I present photos of the entire company. Photographs of the models will appear in the near future.
