Hi there! My name is Manfred and I am a member of the ETC 2009 organisation team. To make sure that every player will get a warm and smooth place to sleep we have to see what kind of accommodaton you prefer. This are the options: A) At the Hall You can sleep on the floor in the hall. We have no showers there, but we will carry you to a swimming bath and there you can take a shower (~3 Euro). Sleeping in the hall is free. All prices are for a double room. All hotels are central in Münster, means that you can reache the venue via bus or taxi. All can be booked online in english, if you need any help feel free to contact me Tryp Kongresshotel Münster 54,- Albersloher Weg 28 Münster, 48155 Deutschland http://www.hotel.info/en.hotels/Munster ... hotel.aspx This hotel is at the same road then the pup that has the gaming tables. But the road is very long, so I don´t know if it is in walk distance, I will ask that Hotel Windthorst 85,- Windthorststraße 19 Münster, 48143 Deutschland https://reservations.synxis.com/LBE/rez ... ale=en-GBM Factory Hotel 59,- An der Germania Brauerei 5 Münster, 48159 Deutschland http://www.factoryhotel.de/ Ibis Hotel Münster 79,- Engelstraße 53 Münster, 48143 Deutschland http://www.ibishotel.com/gb/hotel-2206- ... ndex.shtml Sleep Station http://www.sleep-station.de/ Starting price is 16,- per person in a 8 person room and without bed linen, it is a very cheap hostel. Youth Hostel http://www.djh-wl.de/jh/muenster/ You need a kind of licence for 20,- Euro and then a room starts with 26 per person. Holyday flats or houses are a problem It was a good Idea, but all Houses are not very close to the venue and only a real option if a team comes by car and they are flexible to drive 10-20km. If here is any real interesst we will look for such a house. Team Australia prefers to sleep: Hotel / Holiday Flat Team Austria prefers to sleep: holiday flat Team Belgium prefers to sleep: Holiday Flat Team Czech prefers to sleep: Hostel orHoliday Flat (cheaper) Team Denmark prefers to sleep: Holiday House Team England prefers to sleep: Hotel Team Finland prefers to sleep: Team France prefers to sleep: Team Germany prefers to sleep: Holiday Flat, or Hotel Team Greece prefers to sleep: Team Hungary prefers to sleep: Youth Hostle Team Italy prefers to sleep: Team Netherlands prefers to sleep: Team Northern Ireland prefers to sleep: Team Norway prefers to sleep: Hotel Team Poland prefers to sleep: Team Russia prefers to sleep: Hotel or Holiday room Team Scotland prefers to sleep: Team Slovenia prefers to sleep: Holiday flat Team Sweden prefers to sleep: Team Switzerland prefers to sleep: holiday flat Team Wales prefers to sleep: |

Hi George, at the moment we have no further infos. We just want to get a overview what is needed. When we know what you want, then we can talk to hotels to get a good price. But this here can give you a look what is posible: Hotel: Overview Probably about 60 -70 Euro the doubleroom, means 30 - 35 Euro per person and night Holiday house: example This house would be for 8-10 persons. It costs 69 Euro for 2 Person and each Person 15 Euro, wold mean for 8 persons about 20 Euro per person and night. Hostel: Sleep station |

Wow, those holiday houses really look awesome, and their pricing isn't much higher (if at all) than hostels. Do you know how many of those houses will there be available? If there won't be enough for all interested, first come first serve will be in effect, i guess? |

England would most likely be looking for hotel with ensiute bathrooms. I'm not into late nights on the beer then early morning sharing a bathroom with 10 hungover blokes. |

Us rich and smug Austrians would prefer to buy a house... preferably a nice mansion with pool, tennis court and playboy bunnies. If nothing like that is available, we would probably go for a holiday flat or a hotel (not too expensive). |

English would like to have a place near Team Finland, Belgium and Austria. From what i recall they were all quiet young. We will use our drinking skills to sabotage their tournament. I'm going to push for those tactics to be allowed and encouraged in the rules pack . |

Are you quite sure you want to encourage this Ben? I think you have suppressed the memory of the pushy Norwegian drinkers? "dooooooleys". -Stian- |

Sorry, missed that... There are at the moment no more details. This topic here is for us to get a overview how much places in hostel, hotel, at the hall etc. we need. If we have the point how the teams would like to sleep, at this moment we will try to get so much hotel, hostel, flats facilities for you that you can book it yourself. We simply must know for how much rooms we have to look. The holyday flat seems very popular Such a flat or house is usally with 1-2 bathrooms, a kitchen and sleepingrooms. Our idea is that we first must know how much different facilities we need and then we can go and search for this. The second step would be that we provide you adresses and everything you need to book your rooms. Of course we give a helping hand where we can. |
